My complain is against south bihar power distribution company limited,Gaya,Bihar.
Against my consumer no.22630006858.this i have recieved a bill to pay of Rs.50000/where as i have been regular payer of electricity bill.I had paid all th outstanding bill till oct.2020.for last 2 month i have been not recieving electricity bill. Earlier i also didnt recieve bill only used to get message,in dex.month i ahve also recieved nessage.
Visiting their officei didnt recieve soloution,their office talk very shrewd,i have complaind on their complain no.1912,where they are saying you used to get bill on MD meter mean defective meter.
So how can i know that bill is generated on MD merer where as i have been not recieving hardcopy of bill or why they have been generatin Bill if meter is defective,metwe is placed outside the house at dor,their officer come take reading and go.,how can i know about anything about this.
So i just seek your help in reducing my bill.
