Frequent powercut in my locality

Everyday in our locality there are lots of time electricity is not available. In 24 hours atleast 5 time power cuts for 2-4 hours. Students are having their exams and they are not able to study without electricity. As we know presently summer season are going so we can't able to sleep without fan. Kindly reduce powercut .
