Electricity cut off every days within 30 or 40 min.

I'm in the very bad mood because I'm not sleeping properly at night of because of the electricity cut off that a very big issue now a days and we have exams by the next monts onboard and we are not concentrating on studies because of the electricity. Please do something in this issue I'm requesting to the whole dvc, Thanks you .
