Frequent disruption in electricity supply for last 2 years.

With due respect, I want to draw the attention of UP government to the area (on the opposite side of triveni factory) that there's been frequent power disruption in our locality, power cut off take place 8-9 times in a day. It's been like the habit , students face problems in their studies. Everytime electrician comes and says there's need to change the transformer. Why nothing has been done till date ????
Kindly take strict action .
