Hello Sir/ Ma'am,

I tried to complaint for electricity fault occurred due to rain. But all the toll free number was not working, so I called 2 mobile numbers of kesco substations naubasta substation and pashupati nagar substation (near by my location). They both replied in rude manners and didn't help at all. Please register my complaint.
