Fluctuating electricity

Dear sir,
It is submitted that a few days back due to storm a wire of electric pillar had broken due to falling of some branches of tree and the electricity people repaired that the same night. But since that day the electricity is fluctuating so much that at night we are even unable to sleep properly and yesterday my fridge got damaged and today the repairmen charged me 5500/- for the fridge and told me that it had got damaged due to fluctuating light. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and get the fault of fluctuating light resolved.
