Not providing similar electricity connection & supply as compare to other residents of my locali

I am resident of house no 2820/1, sector 47-c, chandigarh and I am aggrieved for not providing similar electricity connection & supply like other residents of my locality are enjoying. I have faced numerous situation where electricity supply of my house is discontinued for the reason unknown and adjacent houses are getting electricity supply without any interruption. Moreover I have suffered electricity fluctuations due to which I feel like my home appliances can also be damaged. However at present my only complaint is that I should be provided similar electricity connection which is being providing to my neighborhood families. I tried to register complaint at your helpline numbers almost 50 times but nobody answered my call what to talk of unsatisfactory reply.
