Fake message regarding electricity bill

Electricity Board Complaint Complaint Date: December 3, 2022
I received a message stating that I haven't paid the electricity bill and that was not the case. Same message has been received by one of my family members and his phone was hacked. They have lost 25000-35000 in this scam.
I have blocked the number and therefore raising a complaint so that others may remain safe.
