Facing Power Cut 10 times a Day

Hello Sir,
Am staying at my hometown Sukarlai , District Pali ,Rajasthan for the Past 2 Months.
During the said Period we have faced lots of Power Cut and even worst condition is 10 Times a day.
Whether Rajasthan Govenment not producing required amount of electricity, or some fraud is been happening in background which is not yet came in noticed to higher authority of rajasthan govenment.
We have no dues of of bills,then why such power cut.
every day Evening 7 - 9 powers get shut, and there is no limit during the day time, is this the way how rajasthan government works.
Why dont we get messages before the power cut? why dont you tell us the duration of the powercut.
Because of such power cut my Television , Fredige , Washing machine and laptops are at higher risk of damages.
When we call and ask the Electricity board members they says due to maintenance it required to be shut. and after that with in 5 Min they give power but again they shut in 30 Min Why?
This problem need to be solved immediately otherwise further action will be taken.
