Loose& naked 11KVA electricity line hanging over my house

Plz direct your staff to remove or replace the hanging naked 11 KVA line from my house that is dangerous for my older parents as well as cattle too.it is also pertinent to mention that so many times Spark was take place near to the electricity pole shown in attached pic and a written complaints also given to AEN NAWALGARH(RURAL)for the said matter. Plz taken necessary action against the defaulters.
