Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the past few months we have been receiving excessive billing at our flat in C V Raman nagar. we are currently tenants at this flat. It is extremely shocking and unacceptable as we both are working members and there is no one at home during most hours in a day. Nor do we possess any heavy electrical appliance e.g. an AC. But for this month and the previous few we have been receiving excessive billing. This month the bill has double to a whooping 2133.

We usually use only normal electrical appliances like Fridge/Mixie/Tube Lights and geyser.

I wish to inform you to reconsider the billing as it is huge to pay as there is no logical explanation as to why one must even get such a high bill with no one being at home.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
