Complaint against Electricity Board for Long power cuts in our area

For the past few days we are facing problem due to the excessive power cut in our area irrespective of any notice aur information and due to this we are not able to study or even sleep, the power cuts are so long that sometimes the time extends to more than 4-5 hours. It is my humble request to you to take action against it.
