Billing Issue (Never Received Bill or Customer Number)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am resindence of Noornagar Kanhi.My father has applied for new Connection in December 2016 from Jalalpur Block. Since then there is Connection activated on my premise but we never received any bill on my residential address neither any meter has been installed at my home. Also, we were not provided with consumer ID at the time of documentation. We are well settled in Pune and visit bihar only during Vacation so there is hardly any electricity consumption on my premise.Three day back, I went to Jalalpur block to enquire about my Connection and issue with bill generation for my residence as I did before whenever I come here for a vacation. They finally confirmed after four years that the Connection is activated and told me that there amount of arround Rs.15,000 is due on my Connection. Also, after 3.5 years they provided me with consumer number i.e 12430068113. I am attaching the documents for your reference and same has been forwarded to JE & SDO for action but I haven't received any positive response from their end.

I am ready to pay the bill but I think you need to look into it since there is no fault from our side. If we would have received the physical bill or the consumer number we would have paid it through electric medium from anywhere across the globe.

I urge you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
