Hi , I have a flat at Jaipur , my flat remains locked as we live in Shilling , so all main switches are off of my jaipur meter , during 2019 there was some fault with the meter , and bill send was around 30000 something despite no electricity used , I had made many complain and I though matter was settled after meter was changed , as I started receiving average bill ,on September 2021 demand has been raised by the auditor of JVVNL to pay demand raised through faulty meter of the year 2019 , I explained to the AEN and ARO thar I am not liable to pay bill generated through corrupt meter in 2019 , they did not show any concern , my k number is 210464034402
