Applying for new connection since last 2 year but not given the connection till now

Dear sir,

As we have provide the electricity fill to the jhunjhunu electricity board for new connection last 2 year back but till now we have not get any connection we have also given the advance payment of rs 1000 for the connection but till now no one is responding properly.so kindly look into the matter as we are getting very much problem from the department.Rs 1000 advance receipt details are given below :-
