सर मैं डीडवाना (नागौर) का रहने वाला हूं। मैंने अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड में 30 जनवरी, 2023 को विद्युत पोल से तार टूटने की शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जिसका शिकायत नंबर 1103510104228 है। विभाग ने मेरी शिकायत का समाधान किए बिना ही 01 फरवरी, 2023 को मेरी शिकायत बंद कर दी गई और समस्या समाधान का मैसेज मुझे भेज दिया। मेरी समस्या का समाधान अभी तक नहीं हुआ है अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि शीघ्र मेरी समस्या का समाधान करवाने का कष्ट करें।
