Dear Mam/Sir,
 I am a consumer having K No 210525024094,Nisha Sharma.
I received a bill for September month on the gap of 15 daysonly with having another K no. 210529022139.
I have been paying bills for the same reading (created by a meterreader person every month) for the last 5 months.
I have already paid rupees 453 for april+452 for may+453 forjune+429 for july+611 for august
So total 2398 rs amount I have paid in last 5 months on withoutchange in any readings (last 5 bills are having the same digit for previous andpresent reading that is 12166 units)
Now I am having a bill for September (by any other Kno210529022139) of the amount of 1760 rs by showing the units difference fromApril to September (which i already paid.)
I want to know what I was paying every month using unitsmentioned in received bills from the last 5 months ?? and why the 5 months unitdifference is generated .Please clear the issue. I am waiting for a positiveresponse. 
When i made a call to concerned officers they are saying for visit powerhouse, iam outside from last 3 months and can not visit powerhouse physically.
I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THAT K NO ARE CHANGEABLE??? ( meter reader said that due to changing the division from kalwar to hatoj K no has been changed)
Please also let me know where I can complain?
