श्रीमान,
सादर निवेदन है कि में आपका ग्राहक हूं। और मेरा K no.120135021620 है। जिसका बिल मुझे प्राप्त हुआ जोकि 7979/- भुगतान योग्य राशि का था। जिसका मेने भुगतान paytm द्वारा 20-08-17 को करवाया।तथा इसका भुगतान पूर्ण होने पर मुझे paytm द्वारा एक बिल की कॉपी प्राप्त हुई। जिसका receipt no. 4009887133 था।
परन्तु मेने कुछ समय पश्चात AVVNL की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर इसे चेक किया तो पाया कि भुगतान नहीं हुआ बल्कि 8273/- रुपये दिख रहा है।
मेने इस सम्बन्ध में paytm को भी mail किया परन्तु उनका जवाब आया कि मेरा payment successfull हो गया है। तथा आपसे इन विषय पर बात करने को कहा।
आप से अनुरोध है कि शीघ्र से शीघ्र इसका संज्ञान लेते हुए इस दुविधा का हल निकालें।
