VTU marks cards not provided even after three years,, shame

Dear great Governor of karntaka since the VTU university so called technological university even after collecting heavy fee, just time pass, why the VC not bothred to delivere the marks cards to children since three years four years almost over, first semester, to 7 semester marks cards not delivered even the principals so called attached to the VTU colleges are time passing and its threat to parents,, first take the action on such serious issue shameless since long time such a big university of 50000 children studying engineering no marks cards shameless, is it not, first make it a point to deliver and make the VTU staff accountable at Belgaum since they just time pass and swallow heavy salaries, why the VC , MHRD not bothered to take action on such issue,, which is burning issue,,,
