Summer Fields School - Admission fees partially refunded without giving admission

Hello Sir/Mam,

Would like to register a complaint against the Summer Fields School, Kailash Colony.
My child cleared an entrance test to get an admission in 3rd standard in the month of March,2017. I paid the fees of 18900/- but my kid denied to get an admission due to the lack of some documents within 2 days of paying the fees and we got agreed to their decision. Since the formal admission was not done by the School therefore they do not have any right to deduct the monthly fees from the deposited amount.

Total fees paid = 18900/-
Fees refunded = 12467/-

Total Fees deducted = 6433/-
without any reason

Many times we emailed them and tried to have personal interaction but the principal or the concerned person straight away denied to meet me or listen to my complaint. She was very rude.
