School Fees Issue, I have sent them several emails to get the proper justification

My child came in Class X1 this April. He got his result in the month of June 2018. The official school started in the month of July 2018. The school has charged us fees from April 2018 to June 2018. I have sent them several emails to get the proper justification why the school is charging the fees for this period. We went to school for the discussion as well as they sent the notice to us for the school fees. Despite several emails i still have not got any response from them since august. Kindly advise.
