I just bought a set of class 10th NCERT books from a stationary near my home. The stationer sold the books with addtional cost(more than MRP) of Rs. 10 per book for binding. When I objected he said, everyone is seeling like this.
Please take this matter seriously because it is related to our eduaction and it is against government norms.
I hope you will take action as soon as possible.
