Regarding 8th sem duplicate Mark's card

I have applied for duplicate Mark's card in october along with for conviction certificate which got lost in September 2019. I have not recieved the Mark's card only recieved convocation certificate. I am following up in mail their is no reply, if I call no one picked the call. What kind service your giving i cant understand. This is worst service from an repudiated university to do. Due to some people we will be trust in university like these.
