Refund of Money applied for CCNA exam through nethub online

I have applied for CCNA exam through net hub and i have submitted amount of 22000 Rs through online transaction 0n 21 Feb 2016 in the favor of NET HUB RCV INFOTECH PVT LTD,AC NO:-039605001916, Bank : ICICI,Branch : South Ex Part 1, IFSC CODE: ICIC0000396. Mr. Mohit Chaudhary told me that he will conduct exam after 15 days but uts been more than 20 days and there is no response from Mr. Mohit or Net Hub team. also they are not responding on calls @ 7291923042. i have mailed him and called him several times but there is no response from him.
i have bared a loss of 10% of my annual salary. i.e 27000 RS INR. I want my money back and loss as well.
