Problem: I have applied for M.Tech from Karnataka open state University through Penguin Academy, Rajkot. I Have Applied for further study before 2 1/2 years ago. I have submit proper document. I Have contacted many times but not getting proper response fro Penguin Academy. Academy cancelled the admission and commited for refund of all the payment of Rs. 15000/-. I have also send many mails. but also not getting response. Called many times but not getting fully money back

Expected: Want fully refund back.
