Dear Sir/madam, 

I'm harikrishnan. G, was a student of uiversity of madras, distance mode, (M. A human rights, enrol no. A14329phr6001). My study centre was (St. Paul's college management & technology, kerala). I received two years mark lists via post on 2016. Still i didnt received my original certificate.I send lot of emails to concerned department regarding this issue unfortunately I didnt get any proper reply from university side.So kindly I am requesting you to please consider my complaint and plz help.me to get my certificate early as soon as possible.
