Non-refund of security deposit amount transfer of my two childs from the DPSGS school

I have taken transfer of my two childs from the DPSGS school in the month July 2017 after paying all dues and requested for the refund of security deposit amount 20000/-(10000each child) which i have paid at the time of admission of my both children. School said that amount will be credited to my bank account within 20days but even now they are not replying my phone calls and not even giving any number or email id where I can contact for the amount.
