No classes started since one month in Byjus

I have bought your 5 year two teacher advantage program (class 6-10)
for my ward Anant Bhargava in august 2021. now he is in class 8 and your
program has not begun yet for 8 th class its been a month. We have called several times to customer care but no response
came .I was directed to different people but no one solved any of my
problem.Earlier also we have faced many difficulties in your program and
none of our problem was resolved.

And now i dont want to continue this program and get my refund back as soon as possible.
