Negligence on the part of education department. My marriage at stake.

My highest gratitude to you, Sir.
My father, Mr Deepak Kumar Rana, working as a Principal at GIC Gadoli, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand got transferred on 25th June, 2019 on medical grounds, to Dehradun. When he went to join the new position that he was assigned, he discovered that it was already occupied. He then wrote an application both to the Director as well as the Sachivalaya to rectify this very big mistake that the Education department did. It’s the third month now and we have received no answer for that. He tried to contact everyone possible but nobody responds. This is next to mental harassment for my family. I am to be married on 18th November, 2019. My father planned to take out GPF for the same but without his job he won’t get a single penny. He hasn’t received his salary for the past two months. I request you as a woman, a daughter and a human who is struggling on several grounds. Kindly look into this matter and be strict with the department to make lists with their eyes wide open. It is disturbing to see my father getting disturbed for somebody else’s mistakes. How could they assign him a place hat was already occupied and then not correct their mistake for months. Moreover they are not paying him for their mistake. We are in a financial crisis. We have EMIS to pay. Half his salary goes into that. I really don’t know what should I do at this moment. I have blind faith in you and your government. Please help us out. My family will be ruined if the department doesn’t function now. Everyone we call up mentally harasses us. We have absolutely no money left.
