Money not refunded by Talent edge

I have enrolled in a supply chain management program from IIM-Lucknow through an edtech company " Talentedge" . Since mine was a company sponsored course, they were advised to give a proforma invoice first before my company would make them any payment. I had paid them an installment of 84 thousand initially and was chasing them for the performs Invoice so that the second EmI could be made, it was a delay at their end as the SRM allotted to ne had left their organisation. I received the proforma on the 16th of March from them and I made the payment on 17th March but my candidature was cancelled by them saying 15th of March was the cut off date. I have been chasing for the proforma Invoice. They are saying that the money cannot be refunded with a deduction of 10000rs + GST. I have send several mails to them but to no avail. Pls help

    This company cheated me money. I am sure they would have cheated many n many people. Requesting everyone to go on social media to check ,how many got victim of this upgrad and talentedge(both are same company), they are running campaign in 2 different names. I did mistake by paying them money without any research on this company and then I regretted later. I have complete thing documented,so I feel, I am safe to go to legal against this company. Please avoid honey trap ppl from this company
