I joined Samyak institution on 31st Oct and paid Rs 2000 in cash and 5500 via Google pay. I joined it for SQL course. Before joining I put two conditions
- My classes will be from Monday to Thursday only
- Class timings will be in between 5:15 to 7pm.
Samyak agreed to both conditions.
Starting from 31st Oct till date there were just 4 classes held wherein tutor always came late by 30 minutes and took only remaining 30 min class. On fourth day when practice was supposed to be done on computer then I came to know that tutor didn't have subject knowledge and hence I raised it to Samyak. Since then, they are just buying time from me that they are looking an expert for me. Last week on 2nd Dec, they have clearly said that no tutor is available in your prescribed time hence we can not provide it. And refund of money is not in their policy hence refund can not be done. Kindly look into it.
