Harassment of minor student

My daughter Suzannah Cubbins is a student of MUSSOORIE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Mussoorie. She has attended school regularly the entire academic year 2019- 2020 and is a CAIE board student. She was supposed to appear for the AS level exams but these were cancelled by Cambridge. Instead grades will be sent by the school to Cambridge and they will award final grades. Because the school has terminated me and other employees during the lockdown and we complained to the DM, my daughter has been harassed by the school principal Ms. Meeta Sharma. She has been accused of cheating in the online unit test and told her grades will not be uploaded. She will lose an entire year of her education.
