The Person Named Bikram Ranjan Routh(7003508174), had conducted training of PMKVY and had open Bank account of mine without telling me and now when i was allotted for Bank Loan for Sister Marriage the Central Bank manager is telling that you have already 0 balance account so i will not get the loan until that was closed. Now when i was asking him he was not receiving my phone. This situation is with others students also. he had opened account and credited 10000 from each account which we get as reward after completing the course
