I joined shri gurukul ias rishikesh on 20 july 2018.
I gave the director himit kakkar a sum of amound of ₹9000 inr. For 6 months period.
But now after attending the classes for 2 months i am not satisfied with the institute and want to quit my course from there.
I requested the director that i want to quit the classes and wanted refund but he clearly refused that he will not refund me any amount.

So,i want to get refund from him please help.
Also,the sumpreame coart ordered that students are not custumers of educational institute.

If they want to quit their coarse in between they can and can demant of a suitable refund from the institute.

Sir/madam kindly help me.
As 3 of my friends have also same problem as the total amount to be refund is 13,500+13,500+5500.=₹32,500.
