मेरी पत्नी ने इ० आई० आई० एल० एम्० विश्वविद्यालय सिक्किम से पत्राचार माध्यम से वर्ष 2009 - 2011 शैक्षणिक सत्र के B. Sc. (Zoology) में स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त किया है. DISTANCE EDUCATION BUREAU के वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध मेल से ईमेल कर डिग्री की वैधता के बारे में पूछने पर पता चला की इ० आई० आई० एल० एम्० विश्वविद्यालय सिक्किम को 2009 - 2011 शैक्षणिक सत्र में मात्र B.A (Hospitality & Tourism), BCA एवं MBA प्रोग्राम के लिए पत्राचार माध्यम से कोर्स करने के लिए रिकग्निशन दिया गया था. इस प्रकार मेरी पत्नी को फेक सर्टिफिकेट दिया गया है ऐसा मुझे प्रतीत हो रहा है. यह फेक डिग्री प्राप्त होने के बाद मेरी पत्नी ने बी.एड. की डिग्री भी हासिल की. इस प्रकार मेरी पत्नी अपने आपको ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही है. मानसिक तनाव एवं हीन भावना से गुजर रही है. नौकरी हेतु कई प्रकार के आवेदन नहीं दे पा रही है. अमूल्य शैक्षणिक समय खो चुकी है.
