DSSSB Unable to open site for application

I am trying to open dsssb.nic.in this site from last 5 to 7 days but site is no open. According to the dsssb there is vacancy for assistant nursery and primary teacher and last date is 15/010/19. But site is stopped from the last 5 to 7 days. How will we apply? And if there is no vacancy so they should not open this application form.
