Dear team,
My daughter was studying in studymate center vasant kunj. Due to my husband posting outside Delhi, i had to compulsory remove her name from the centre. My cheques which was taken for fees got presented on time and got cleared too. I filled in the refund form and did all other center formalities for refund of my fees as she has studied there for 2 months only.
I was told by the team vasant kunj that it will take 7 working days, but now its been more than 15 days and neither I have received any call nor any refund has come in my account. On calling there, everytime they say we are following up with our finance team. They have stopped picking my calls now and I am stuck by paying a huge amount to them in advance.
Kindly resolve my problem please.
