complaint against the call support regarding telling lies

on 13th of January, a person from gharpeshiksha calls and tells me about two tuitions in Chinese language and asked me to pay 3000/- I did and after that he stopped taking my calls. After a few days a person calls and says that you have to activate your account. I did not activate and got to know there were no tuitions like that. After a few days my account gets activated without asking me for the documents that are required. I call them and after a long time being on hold they replied that the activation will be cancelled and money will be refunded. After 2 weeks of calling them, they say that your account has activated and no money will be returned.
