Complaint against inequality and injustice, RTE act not being followed in many

After declaration by MHRD,Govt.of India to strictly follow the instructions as per RTE act, there must be trained teachers in all govt and private schools, it's not being followed in many cases. Even if affiliated, salary structure is not followed as per rules. More experienced senior teachers are getting less salary than untrained freshers.
Complaint Against / To: RTE act not being followed in many schools regarding teachers training, recruitment and salary yet affiliated to CBSE or any other board.
