I Ashish M. Lonare (Age 35) have cancelled Admission from Billabong High International school in Sr. Kg (Year 2017-18) for my Son Master Sriansh Ashish Lonare.
I have applied to cancel the admission on 30-01-2017 i.e within less than 01 months time and well before start of the Academic session (in Jun-Jul 2017).
Hence, I have already requested you to kindly refund the Entire amount of Rs. 29,000/- (Twenty Nine Thousand Rupees only) paid to school towards Tution/ 01st Term
fees to school vide State Bank of India (Cheque No): 785865 Cleared on Dt. 16-Jan-2017.
In reference to the subject matter, I have personally met and discussed my problem with Mr. Vijay Parmar
(Admin Head) & Ms. Sweta (Admission Co-ordinator) on Dt.14.02-2017, Wherein I have again requested
for Refund of “Tuition Fees”.
I have received phone call from Ms. Sweta (Admission Co-ordinator) intimating denial of payment by
School Principal/Management,
I am in urgent need to money, hence request you to kindly instruct concerned to refund my “Entire Hard Earned” amount without any further delay.
In absence of any positive response received "unfair trade practice" by school
Management. I am forced to take “Legal Action” against school
