ATMA - Dont Refund my Money, i pay the exam fees 1100

Sir i pay the exam fees 1100 and the site clearly say that pay by net banking..then i will pay for it then i call in ATMA so the employees tell that they not refund...i send the proof of money transfer through email.and they checked that but they dont refund my money and also.use abuse to.me
