Sir I had to discontinue my education in the second semester as I had to go to my village for. For family issues. And now I am facing a financial crisis so I am not able to continue my education in the respective college (ACS college of engineering) CET code 187 . As I wish to continue my education at cheaper costs in my village I would require my TC but the college is demanding the fees for remaining 3 years . I have paid the complete fees for 1st year. Hence I would like to avail my TC and original marks card. As any information was not given at the time of admission and it was also not mentioned in the rules and regulation informed by college. Please help me get my transfer certificate
