ஐயா வணக்கம்,
RTE எனும் அனைவருக்கும் இலவச கல்வி திட்டம் முறையாக நடக்கவில்லை. முறைகேடு நடந்துள்ளது ஓசூர் ல் கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டம் விஜய் வித்யாஸ்ரமம் பள்ளியில் LKG 40 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் பணம் செலுத்தி படிக்க வேண்டுமாம். இலவச கல்வி என்று தான் பார்த்தேன் என்று பள்ளியில் கேட்டால் முடியாது என்று சொல்லி விட்டார்கள். மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர் (DEO ) அவரிடமும் முறையிட்டோம் ஆனால் பணம் செலுத்தி ஆக வேண்டும் என்று கூறி விட்டார்.
RTE இலவச கல்வி திட்டம் முறையாக நடைபெறவில்லை.
