Videocon dth company Not available view of pay network channel. Also deducted Rs.13.66 per day.

I Jagdish whom videocon dth id no.5236580. I haven't seen all paid channel for this network dth since last 7days.I call daily there Custmer care number but they didn't responded & disconnect immediately. Also I am e-mail them last 4to5 days.they also not solve my issue of view of pay channel network.My account balance 7th Feb is 312.00 but i check it today 10th feb 2019 it is Rs.271.83 .I have so irritated by their service. So kindly solve my issues.
