Unable to view most channels & unecessary censoring, CEO of DTH

To whom it may concern,

I am one of your most frustrated customers for Video Con service.

Imagine how frustrating it is to see interruption to the service for these past few days,can Videocon reimburse or refund whatever amount that paid for to subscribe for the package or service.

I have sufficient balance in the account & getting the error message E16-4.

I really want this to be fixed as soonest as possible before I completely disconnect this service & look for a different or better service provider.

I will also pass a word of mouth to my friends to never subscribe for Videocon if this kind of "crap"service you provide.
