RECHARGE DISHTV recently activate a kids active pack on my account

Respected sir,
DISHTV recently activate a kids active pack on my account that is VC no. 01520572274 for a period of one month without my permission and when I recharge the Dishtv on 13 may 2018 for six month then they give the switch off date is 18 Oct 2018 which is less the period of six month. And when I call the customer care they told me that they have activated a pack for a period of six months without my permission.
But my Question is that how can they activate a pack on my account without my permission and secondly on a recharge of six months they are only giving me five month and every time they do the same.
So its my humble request to you please take a action against this so that they cannot cheat the customer.
