I have never found such bad experience with any DTH vendor before. I have raised complain on 2nd July 2019 and till date no one has responded back .
Is this the way Videocon handle the customer queries?
I have contacted the customer care everyday multiple times but every time the customer care asked the ID and put the call on hold which I think no other vendor does with the customers.
