Plan D2H have not done the same and even after calling daily

my customer id is 27750321 and i have changed my plan a month before based on TRAI rule of selecting the channels that i need. but D2H have not done the same and even after calling daily to them there is no solution provided to us and they say will send engineer and we need to pay for that. not our mistake and still they want us to bare the cost. one month money they took without any reason as the channels coming are not what i want to view. the customer care people are not helpful at all and rude also. can i have an immediate action on them
