Not activated service even after payment done

i newly buy tatasky hd set up box,i said i will pay it on cash on delivery process the tata sky guys came and did setup and installation and they said it will be activated with in hour,i paid money but even 6 hours after its not activated and tata sky customer care person told ur id is not updated and now give any proper responce.my subcriber id 1190344059
