No Signal for Channels for TATA SKY

I have subsribes to TATA SKY 1061578959. For many of Channels it says no signal. TATA Sky service request no. NHQNYFY. Since I paid for service, I am supposed to recive signal and see subscribed channles. TATA SKY is saying to fix the problem they will send technician and will charge Rs 170/-. This TATA SKY do every time.

    I have subscribed metropack which contain tensport 1, tensport 2 ,tensports 3 neosport1 ,neosports2 . It is live proof of their own tatasky is saying this it contain this 5 channels thereafter they didnot showing it.

They led me in dark for 5 month.I compalint them in heldesk chat support has illetrate employees in tatasky and email support didnot emailing upon quesion or complaint.In next year i will close this connection and buy vedioconbd2h services
